Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in NY State.

If you are a tax-exempt organization or purchasing for tax-exempt purposes, please fax or email us your tax-exempt form after creating an account. After we have modified your account in our database all of your orders will appear tax-free.

How do I view my charges?

Click the “My Account” icon at the top right of the navigation. Log in. From there, you can compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us.

What are my payment choices?

The simplest and fastest method is to pay by credit or debit card through our online store (SSL encrypted).

Educational customers may order with a purchase order. Please enter your purchase order number and complete the checkout. Once we have received a copy of your purchase order by fax or email we will process your order within one business day. Payment terms for PO purchases are Net 30. If you need a quote for your purchasing office to generate a PO number, please contact us for a custom quote.

Businesses may use POs once they are approved by SiMPore, please contact us for more information.

Where can I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?

Click the “My Account” icon at the top right of the navigation. Log in. On the left-side menu, click “Orders” and then the “View” button associated with the order in question. Print the order as needed.

When will my card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged no sooner than 24 hours prior to shipment or will be charged upon shipment.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

How do I create an account?

Click the “My Account” icon at the top right of the navigation. On the right side of the page, enter your email address in the Register field. Follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the “My Account” icon at the top right of the navigation. Log in. On the left-side menu, click “Account details” and edit your information as desired.

What to do if I forgot my password?

Click the “My Account” icon at the top right of the navigation. On the left side of the page, click “Lost your password?” at the bottom of the login credential area. Follow any instructions given.

Order Status

How can I check my order status?

Click the “My Account” icon at the top right of the navigation. Log in. On the left-side menu, click “Orders” and then the “View” button associated with the order in question. Check the status, listed at the top of the page.

What to do if my order never arrives?

Click the “My Account” icon at the top right of the navigation. Log in. On the left-side menu, click “Orders” and then the “View” button associated with the order in question. Check the status, listed at the top of the page. If it is listed as “Shipped” and has been so for 10+ days, please contact Sales and Customer Service for assistance.

How do I return an item?

Shipping & Handling

How much is shipping?

For shipments within the continental United States, there are two available shipping options:
1) FedEx Standard Overnight – $40
2) FedEx 2Day – $25
Orders placed before 1 pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day.

For orders to Alaska and Hawaii or outside of the US, please contact us for a quote. We regularly ship via FedEx International Priority. Packages typically arrive within 2-4 days at a price of $65-$100 USD.
