Hours of Operation

SiMPore Inc. maintains regular business hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern US Time, Monday through Thursday. To place an order, request a catalog, or initiate a technical service request after business hours, please submit an inquiry to our Contact Form or write to us via email.

Return Policy

SiMPore may, at its sole discretion, accept returns of undamaged merchandise and replace or issue credit for any merchandise so returned. You the customer (“Purchaser”) expressly agrees that such returns, replacements, and credit shall collectively be its sole and exclusive remedy. Any authorized return of undamaged merchandise, will be subject to a restocking fee and appropriate freight charges. No returned merchandise will be accepted after thirty (30) days from shipment date to the Purchaser. Credit will not be issued on used or damaged products. No returned merchandise will be credited without a return authorization issued by SiMPore. SiMPore is in no way responsible for any consequential or incidental damages Purchaser has or may suffer with respect to receipt of SiMPore products.

Purchase Orders

SiMPore reserves the right to accept or to reject any purchase order from Purchaser. SiMPore is not responsible for any discrepancy between an invoice provided by SiMPore, other than for gross error, and a Purchaser-provided purchase order.

Pricing and Terms of Sale

All prices are listed in US dollars and are valid as of the date first displayed on the website (www.simpore.com). SiMPore reserves the right to change prices. Terms of Use can be found here.

Shipping

For shipments within the US, SiMPore products are sent via two-day service for $30 or overnight service for $50.

International shipments are usually shipped via Priority International or similar service offering, and costs are based on package size, weight, and destination. All available options will be shown during checkout.

Shipping terms are DAP SIMPORE (INCO 2020).

Orders for in-stock items will be shipped out within 48 hours when placed during regular business hours.
