SiMPore Inc. maintains regular business hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday – Friday. To place an order, request a catalog, or initiate a technical service request after business hours, please submit an inquiry to our Contact Form or write to us via email.

Simpore.com may, in its discretion, accept returns of undamaged merchandise and replace or issue credit for any merchandise so returned. Buyer expressly agrees that such returns, replacements, and credit shall collectively be its sole and exclusive remedy. Any authorized return of undamaged merchandise, will be subject to a restocking fee and appropriate freight charges. No returned merchandise will be accepted after thirty (30) days from shipment date to the customer. Credit will not be issued on used or damaged products. No returned merchandise will be credited without a return authorization issued by simpore.com. SiMPore is in no way responsible for any consequential or incidental damages buyer has or may suffer with respect to receipt of simpore.com products.

IF PRODUCT IS PURCHASED BY WAY OF A PURCHASE ORDER OR SIMILAR DOCUMENT, THAT DOCUMENT IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE THIS DISCLAIMER OF EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE PURCHASE ORDER OR DOCUMENT IS SILENT OR CONTRARY TO THIS DISCLAIMER. Purchaser shall examine merchandise upon receipt. Before merchandise is used, and within seven (7) days from receipt of shipment, Purchaser shall notify Seller in writing of any claims on account of damage, shortage or otherwise. Failure to so notify Seller shall be deemed acceptance and constitute a waiver by Purchaser of all claims with respect to such products.

Pricing and Terms of Sale
For shipments within the US, SiMPore products are sent via two-day service for $30 or overnight service for $50. International shipments are usually shipped via Priority International or similar service offering, and costs are based on package size, weight, and destination. All available options will be shown during checkout.
